The 2011 M-22 Challenge now has a facebook app designed to help you keep your friends and family close while you compete! Follow the link provided to activate your account. You will need to enter your bib number and city for verification. On the day of the event, we’ll post the following 4 messages as you pass key points. This is triggered automatically by the RFID tag in your bib!

“Just finished the 2.5 mile run with a time of _____ in the 2011 M-22 Challenge. Up next? A quick 17 mile ride.”
